The original house was a raised single story, with a sub-standard height basement. The project involved jacking-up the entire upper floor off its foundation and adding a first floor to the footprint, nearly doubling the area. The entire house was remodeled with common living areas on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a den on the 2nd floor.
